Với các doanh nghiệp nước ngoài đã có pháp nhân mẹ ở nước ngoài, mở chi nhánh thường là cách nhanh nhất để thâm nhập thị trường Hàn Quốc. Đăng ký chi nhánh tại Hàn Quốc cho phép bạn hoạt động dưới tên công ty hiện có, tạo doanh thu và ký hợp đồng tại chỗ, mà không cần thành lập một pháp nhân hoàn toàn mới.
