### **在韩国设立联络处**

联络处也是FETA监管下的一种商业模式。与分公司不同，联络处不得从事盈利性活动。

联络处的任务仅限于支持性工作，例如市场调研、研发、质量控制、推广和与总部的协调。由于联络处不产生收入，因此免除税务义务，其注册流程相对简单，仅需通过税务局申请唯一的营业编号，无需法院注册。

### **商业设立限制**

外国企业家在韩国创业需注意以下两种主要限制：

- **禁止性活动**：包括银行、邮政服务、证券交易、教育、广播和农业（如水稻和大麦种植）。
- **部分限制性活动**：如渔业、报纸、国内运输、肉牛养殖、电信和电子网络业务等行业，外国持股比例不得超过50%。
