Korea OASIS Program for Tech Entrepreneurs (D-8-4 Visa)

OASIS (Comprehensive Support System for Start-up Immigration) is a program operated by the Global Start-up Immigration Center. Since 2013, it has been a government-supported initiative aimed at promoting domestic start-ups by outstanding overseas foreign entrepreneurs with excellent technological expertise, while also contributing to job creation in the country. Foreigners who meet the conditions specified in the OASIS program can obtain a Start-up Visa (D-8-4), which allows them to reside and engage in business activities in Korea.
